Concert Series

Throughout the year, a series of special concerts are held for the enrichment of our congregation and the community.

Examples of past concerts/groups include: the National Christian Choir, Chris Sligh, Reilly, The Wingerts and recitals by our own musicians.

We are delighted to announce our 2009-10 Concert Series here at Frederick Church of the Brethren. We invite you to join us. All concerts are part of the 5:38 Saturday Night Worship, are held in the main sanctuary and are FREE!*

This year's concert series is host to a wide variety of musical groups and soloists from around the country and the world. This popular series began on October 10, featuring the Manhattan Piano Trio. Future scheduled concerts will feature:

November 14, 2009: Rock, Hop, and Roll with... Attaboy Sinclair & the Fabulous

December 12, 2009: Stevie Prather

January 9, 2010: Westminster Ringers

February 13, 2010: Spires Brass Band

March 13, 2010: FCOB "Bring the Praise" Talent Night

April 10, 2010: Blackwood Brothers

May 15, 2010: Rush Of Fools

* While most of the concerts will receive a FREE will offering, the "Rush of Fools" concert will have a minimal ticket price of $15/person. Details for purchasing tickets will be made available on March 15, 2010 via website and Church.
