Worship is “at the heart” of the Frederick Church of the Brethren. Together as God’s people we strive -- in each worship experience -- to give our lives and our church “back to God.” For it’s critical we regularly declare: that Jesus and Jesus alone, is “in charge,” as Lord.

For we must “…not put [our] trust in princes, in mortals, in whom there is no help. When their breath departs, they return to the earth…[But] happy are those whose help is the God of Jacob, who hope is in the Lord their God…Praise the Lord!” (Psalm 146:3-10)
